Walking Berowra To St Ives Chase

|

I got the train out to Berowra station from Sydney which actually was pretty simple. From there, it was a walk along some paths before descending to walk along the river. It was a hot day but thankfully there was plenty of shade

Along the way there were plenty of places to get lost; there was a little bit where I wasn’t sure where to go and ended up following an animal path up the mountain before thinking that it couldn’t be right and turned around.

There was a steep climb at the end and when reaching the top there was a rocky outcrop (last photo). After wandering which was to go I noticed an arrow subtly carved into the rocks. The final ascent seemed hard work but a really enjoyable walk.
