I hadn’t really been meaning to explore Akihabara the first time I visited as I was just trying to get some food and walk to my hostel which was nearby.
The streets were just full of anime shops and sex shops full of books, toys for couples and then the men with sex pillows and all sorts in there. It was definitely a view into this side of Tokyo!
I went exploring here on my last night again too and saw pretty much the same stuff although it was definitely an interesting experience. The number of call girls in costumes was mental. I also stopped by to see the Mario Kart shop
