Bakudanya Restaurant

|

Bakudanya was another restaurant that I found on Lonely planet which was recommended as originating in providing one of the unique local cuisines – tsukemen.

Usually ramen is a mix of noodles, bean sprouts, met and soup in one bowl. Bakudanya decided to split the two and as simple as this sounds, it was actually really good. The soup was served first – it was spicy with sesame seeds and spring onions on top. Next came the plate of noodles etc you could dip; it was all really tasty.
